How do I make a booking?
Choose the experience you want, select an available date, enter your details and complete the payment online.
Do I need to create an account to book?
No. You can complete your booking as a guest.
You may also have the option to create an account so you can view and manage your bookings more easily.
What happens after I book?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking reference and all the details of your reservation.
The venue also receives your booking information.
What do I do on the day?
Simply arrive at the venue at the stated time and present your booking confirmation or reference at reception.
Then enjoy your Day Pass, treatment or Day Room.
What is included in a Day Pass?
This depends on the venue and the specific Day Pass.
Everything included will be clearly shown on the listing before you book.
